Come dance the pounds away every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30pm – 7:30pm at Welcome All Park. The class involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music. Routines integrate interval training and resistance training. Zumba choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, and mambo.

Total Body Blast is a one-hour moderate to high intensity full body workout that mixes cardio, muscular endurance, core and balance intervals into one cohesive regimen. For participants at the beginner level, advanced modifications are provided for each exercise to ensure that all participants are able to perform and execute regardless of their fitness level during the session. Each class is planned around the expected participants to match their abilities while being encouraged to challenge themselves through various exercise intervals. Classes are instructed with participants using bodyweight and only needing a workout mat for core and cool down exercises. The format and structure of the class will change from week to week to offer participants a taste of variety and to help meet fitness goals.

The class is offered at Welcome All Park on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:30PM-7:30PM.

Salsa is a popular form of social dance that originated in the Caribbean. The movements of salsa have origins in Puerto Rican bomba and plena, Cuban Son, cha-cha-cha, mambo and other dance forms.

It helps improving balance, flexibility, strength, pain levels among seniors, daily energy level, and social and occupation functioning, among other health parameters. Yoga does more than calm you down and make you flexible.

Bid Whist is an exciting card game partnership popular partnership trick-taking game. Card playing is for adults ages 18 and over.

This group assembles at Welcome All Park on the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month from 6:30 PM until 10:00 PM. This is for adults and they strictly play bid whist.
